专利摘要:
A vehicle tyre has a tyre body consisting of elastomers, a tread and a belt embedded below the latter. The belt consists of elongate wire spirals 6, 6' which lie transversely with respect to the circumferential direction of the tyre and are connected to one another in a hinge-like manner along their lengths. …<IMAGE>…

The invention relates to the tire industry, in particular to a car tire with a body made of elastomers, in which reinforcement is embedded, with a tread and with a breaker located below it with links into each other.
The purpose of the invention is to increase durability by reducing the loads on the walls of the tire during its rolling.
Figure 1 shows the proposed tire with a belt, the cross-section; figure 2 - part made of wire spirals breaker, top view; Fig. 3 wire helix, lengthwise view; figure 4 - the same, end view; figure 5 - breaker, made of chetyrehzakhodnyh links, top view; 6 is a wire helix, side view; 7 is a schematic view of a breaker, which consists of links of various levels of movement and of various lengths.
The automobile tire has a housing 1 with a tread 2. Inside the tread there is a breaker 3, and in the transverse direction relative to the latter, radial reinforcement 4, which is locked in the bead ring 5.
A breaker consists of links that contain wire spirals b and 71fig.z and 4 connected to one another.
The longitudinal axes A - A of the wire elements in (the food of the coils 6 and 7 extend across the circumferential direction of the tire. By connecting the wire coils 6 or 7, links 8-10 are arranged adjacent to each other and so on. with the other along the length and across the width of the tire. In the example shown in Fig. 2, the individual links are double-threaded. Each such link contains one wire helix 6 and one helix 7.
In addition, each of the links 8-10 can be formed by four wire helixes 6-12 (Fig. 5). Thus, each link is performed chetyrehzakhodnym. In this case, the angle a of inclination is the same in both cases. Therefore, it is possible to connect with each other links with a different number of visits, as shown in Fig. 7, where link 8 is connected to link 13, with the result that the tape forming the breaker consists of links of different widths that are located together.
The four-way links 13 are shorter than the two-way links 8. The links 13 are located only along the tread width L (FIG. 1), while the two-way links 8 enter the bend area of the tire. Thus, the links 8 in the zone of the smaller circumference of the tire can move closer to each other.
The wire helix 6 (Fig. 6) has an elliptical or oval section. Both ends of the wire can be welded to adjacent sections of the wire, which is indicated by the position 14 (it can also be a solder or adhesive joint). However, this is not absolutely necessary, since due to the connection with the adjacent wire helix and subsequent pouring
The tire material can be safe from the deflection of the ends of the wire.
It is not necessary to use only two or four wire elements. The number of visits is chosen
depending on the required angle of inclination or on the required distance between the individual wires. The cross section of the individual wire elements instead of the oval can be round while maintaining the pitch.
This option is preferred for links with a small number of overhangs. In addition, several tapes or layers of wire spirals can be placed on top of each other, as well as combining one or more layers of
wire spirals with a conventional cord belt.
Formula of the invention
1. Automobile tire.-containing an elastomer made in which the reinforcement is embedded, a tread with a breaker placed under it, including links hooked to each other, so that, in order to increase durability by reducing loads on the tire walls during its rolling, the links are located across the circumferential direction parallel to
each other wire spirals pivotally connected in the transverse direction with each other along the length of the spiral.
2. Tire according to claim 2, characterized in that part of the spirals are made multiple.
3. The tire according to Claim 2, which means that they slept with a different number of visits are alternately connected to each other.
4. Shinapop. 3, characterized in that the spirals in adjacent links are made
with the same angle of inclination.
5. Tire according to PP.1-4, in connection with the fact that adjacent spirals are made of different lengths, while spirals of smaller length are located in the tread zone of the tire.
6. Tire according to claim 5, about tl and h and y sch a and so. that spirals of shorter length are made with a larger number of hits than spirals of greater length.
